Jr. High Highlights

• Homeroom classes with a full-time teacher

• Departmentalized classes students rotate to with qualified teachers for each subject

• Classes are split for Math instruction with each class having no more than 18 students per class

• Enrichment classes throughout the week

• Elective classes twice a week. Students choose from different class offerings to take each trimester. This year’s elective classes include:

• Public Speaking

• Mindfulness

• Study Hall

• Creative Play

• Musical Theater

• 6th grade students are required to attend an executive functioning class during their first trimester elective to teach them study skills and organizational requirements necessary for their success in Jr. High and beyond
