Library Programs and Services

Grades TK-5 enjoy weekly class visits to the library which include read-aloud storytime, book talks, library instruction, readers' advisory service and library loans.  Junior High students attend library programs once a month to enrich their reading choices.  St. Perpetua students Children check out books that they may take home.  They are expected to return the books by the due date.  Students in grades TK-5 are given a 2-week loan.  Most students return books each week so that they can check out a new book.  Jr. High students are given a 4-week loan, since they tend to select lengthier books to read.  Please help your child to return their books each week by reminding them in the morning and providing a space at home where they may store library books.
